SAFE TILE ROOF CLEANING

Roof-Bright specializes in restoring your tile roof to a like new appearance. Tile roofs are very expensive to repair or replace. Therefore when considering having your roof cleaned to remove fungus and staining it is important that you use an experienced company.
We have seen serving Volusia and Flagler Counties since 1990. Our process has been used on over 6,300 Tile and Shingle roofs. We have put years of research in developing a safe and effective tile roof cleaning process. In the past, tiles were pigmented with color, which meant the concrete/clay had the color throughout. Todays tiles are manufactured of concrete and the color is glazed over the tiles. By having your tile roof pressure cleaned with the use of high pressure you are actually causing more harm than good. Yes it will look clean, but the high pressure can damage the glaze coating that prevent the tiles from loosing their color as well as chaulking or as some would say "color breakdown" High pressure, strong doses of(pool)chlorine or acids will damage the glaze coating or possibly effect the membrane under the tiles. Acids and strong solutions of chlorine can damage the screws or nails used to attach the tiles. Not to mention the threat it imposes on the drip edge moldings and gutters.

Why choose Roof-Bright? Our HVLP Tile roof cleaning system was designed for tile roof cleaning without the use of HIGH pressure, acids or strong doses of chlorine.
Our technicians are trained and CERTIFIED in the proper methods of tile roof cleaning.
We do not use HIGH pressure, acids or strong doses of chlorine. Although our chemicals do contain a small of amount of chlorine for tile roof cleaning to kill the fungus along with other cleaning agents it is quickly neutralized by the reduction of PH once it has attacked and rendered the algae inert. Therefore allowing the safe removal of fungus and staining and restoring your roof to a like new appearance.
